Denise Hirzel is the Owner and Principal Broker of Lakeside Property Rentals, bringing more than two decades of experience in property management, business leadership, and property maintenance coordination. Her career has been built on a commitment to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a hands-on management style that delivers outstanding results for both property owners and residents.
Before founding Lakeside Property Rentals, Denise worked with an area property management company and previously managed a 600-unit residential portfolio, gaining extensive experience in operations, team leadership, budgeting, leasing, and property maintenance. These experiences shaped her belief that successful property management is built on responsiveness, integrity, and strong relationships.
Denise holds degrees from The Ohio State University, Spring Arbor University and the University of Phoenix. She began her career in property management in 2001 and has specialized in residential property management in East Tennessee since 2012. Under her leadership, Lakeside Property Rentals has earned a reputation for providing knowledgeable, personalized service and professional management throughout Loudon County and the surrounding communities.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys quilting, reading, gardening, exploring the beauty of East Tennessee's mountains and lakes, and spending time with her family and their dogs.
